I’m Judging (For) You

indigo + canary judging certclean beauty awards

I signed on to be a judge for CertClean’s annual Clean Beauty Awards this year. First, I support CertClean’s mission. (Check out those eligibility requirements!) But, of course, I also love an opportunity to test out new-to-me clean beauty products. I’m like a moth to a flame!

That means I’ll have lots more in-depth reviews headed your way soon … but in the meantime I’ve been testing, testing, testing, and taking tons of notes. (And maybe feeling a little bit stressed about how I’m going to be able to rate these beauties!) But I definitely have some new favorite products, including toners, facial oils, facial mists … and I can’t wait to share.

Have you discovered any new products lately? Please share your faves!

I recently got a sample of The Organic Pharmacy Enzyme Peel Mask with Vitamin C and Papaya in my Birchbox and loved it…did some research on the ingredients (because I hadn’t heard of the brand before) and it looks like it passes the organic test. Not something I’d use daily (probably 2-3x a week) because I think it would dry my skin out in the wintertime, but for summer? Probably daily!

I really like getting these mystery boxes of healthy skincare/makeup options. I’m signed up with two organic ones and one that is not. I think I’ll keep with the organic ones since they are more in line with my skincare routine. It’s helpful to hear other’s thoughts and experiences since all skin is different. Thanks for the info and I look forward to more reviews:)
