
One of my favorite ways to spend a weekend morning: lounging in the backyard with the pooches.

Summer wellness camps would be so much fun. I am actually going on my first yoga/meditation retreat in June. It’s only 3 days, but it’s at a hot springs in Oregon. I am excited to see how it goes.
