This week, we’ve been talking about this month’s favorites, my new obsession with Una Biologicals, how coffee can energize your beauty routine and going all natural on Oct. 12. Meanwhile, I’d like to stay in bed all day. One of our dogs is sick and spent last night in the doggie hospital–I don’t think anyone slept well in our house because we’re all worried about him. Hopefully we’ll have some good news this morning!

- The girls at No More Dirty Looks could pretty much fill this entire post. This week, they wrote several things worth sharing: 8 glasses of water a day might be a hydration hoax, Sophie Uliano’s morning beauty routine and the “Safe Cosmetics Alliance” may not be exactly what it seems.
- Terresa over at Alima Pure has a great post about cool weather beauty.
- There’s a great post about pinkwashing for Breast Cancer Awareness Month over at EcoSalon.
